Applies the Texas Secretary of State election law opinion, issued May 4, 1994, to the Republican Party of Texas General Rules for all Conventions and Meetings and Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised. Both statutory offices and non-statutory offices (created by executive committee bylaws) are considered.
